Nike WMNS Air Max Zenyth "Houndstooth Pack"

The Nike Air Max Zenyth always looks to me a girly kick cause of his slimmer siluette and now they give us what we deserve, a cool Zenyth just for us. These two new colorways features some female touches like the shimmering houndstooth print on the toe, ankle collar, and tongue.

Both of these kicks have a patent leather swoosh to go with the suede upper, one in Light Voltage Cherry/Deep Burgandy-Astro Pink and the other one on Blustery/Space Blue-Still Blue

Nike x Size? '10 Years of Obsession' Collaboration

This year, Size? is celebrating their ten year anniversary with Nike, one of its long-time partners in retail crime, with a special collaboration. The '10 Years of Obession' range is exclusive only to Size? and will be releasing ten of some golden oldies and newbies over the next few weeks. The store has already released the Lunar Mariah, Lunar Air 180, Lunar 180 and Air Mariah's in OG colourways to open the festivities as it is a favourite among many of our customers (and Kanye West who signed a Lunar Air 180 for our display which used to sit proudly behind me before he got crazy famous and it was seen as a thief's dream!). The next release is a unique twist on ye olde Blazer using two new colourways that feature the bold orange of the Size? store's logo. The Blazer's bring us to a total of eight styles.....so.....what are the last two styles you ask? I have no clue!!! A customer asked me the other day like I AM the one holding the top secret file in my bra or something! I don't KNOW!?!?! I asked my manager and even SHE doesn't know....but what I do know is that I have been told 'they are saving the best 'til last'.....

Missed out kicks

Recently while scanning the FSF blog archives, I came across the Claw Money X Nike collab post back in 07. And it hit me, I'm such an ass for not copping the Claw Money vandals or blazers! I mean it really wasn't my fault, at the time I just didn't have the coinz and dollaz to purchase those beauties. Now everytime I look at that post my heart hurts :( I will say I'm glad I copped her vans collab though :) What sneakers did you miss out on?

Orange and Polka dot air max 95

Nike just dropped a new air max 95 for us ladies and I'm not really a fan of orange but these are okay. I think it would have been better without the polka dots.(this coming from the polka dot queen lol) Is it me or is the sole a tad bit on the different side?

Converse All-Star x Dr. Seuss!

Okay, who knows where Dr. Seuss is from? From nearby Springfield, Mass! He's one of the most famous celebs we have from Western Massachusetts. Now that the Eric Carle Museum is nearby, maybe I can hope for some Hungry Caterpillar kicks too.... But back to the topic at hand: Converse has come out with some super cute and creative Dr. Seuss All Stars! I love 'em! Just sad there aren't any Thing 1's in my size...

International Hip Hop Festival & Holland

I can't believe a week and a half has already passed since I got back from The Netherlands. I feel like it's actually taken that long to let the whole experience soak in. From start to finish, it was amazing. I'll never forget all the dope heads we met, the places we saw, the conversations we had. Every time I'm in a foreign country, I'm torn between 2 ways of experiencing it. #1 being as a Photographer - shooting non-stop and coming home with hundreds, sometimes thousands, of visuals to show my family and friends. #2 is the senses-all-in way. By this I mean, not looking at anything through a lens but only through my eyes and really, really soaking everything in.

On this particular trip, I was able to find a perfect balance. I came back to Toronto with some incredible memories - a lot of those really laugh-able ones. You know, when you're sitting on the subway or walking down the street and you get your L-O-L game up, just thinking about a particular conversation or something that happened. Mad shout-outs to my travel sisters, Lori and JenJen. xo

Let's get to the goods though, right? I've posted 102 shots in a public Facebook album that you are more than welcome to check out. These are some of my personal trip highlights. Everything from the food we ate to the ill fiends we rolled with.
