And they're not even Air Yeezies!

Michelle Obama finally went all out on some sneakers! And while all the non-sneaker heads of the world think it's SHOCKING that they're $540, I'm just surprised that they're not Air Yeezies =) I mean, for that kind of money... Okay, seriously, they are Lanvin Cap Toe sneakers, a French fashion brand that apparently she's worn before. Yet another example of the fashion houses dipping into sneakers. What do you all think?


Folks were also spazzing that she wore them to a food bank, and not because they were worried she'd get ketchup on them. Wait 'til they hear about all the kicks she has "on ice"...

(And Kanye West is also a Lanvin fan, so these are one step away from the Yeezies...)

Michelle Obama Sneaker Update

In case you missed it, FSF recently surveyed some female sneaker fiends to see what sneakers we think Michelle should be wearing for her various First Lady adventures. Suggestions ranged from Nylon Dunks to Sergio Rossi Puma Clydes, as we offered her sneakers for working out, family time, casual dates with Barack, etc. However, we neglected her gardening gear! And here today are some real shots of her working in the White House garden. What sneakers does she have on??
