I came across this old post of Sn'eads by artist Tyree Dillihay that in my opinion reflects today's state of the sneaker game.  There's some folks that are so committed to one specific sneaker brand that they refuse to give other's a try.  There are so many great brands out there.  I've heard some people complain about a certain brand hurting their feet yet they refuse to try another.  

Don't be a follower!  Create your own lane by wearing what you like and not just what's the current popular pair at the moment.

It's that time of year again and the Cincinnati Sneaker Showcase is back!  Taking place Sunday, June 2nd from 12pm-4pm with exhibitors and vendors in the building, this will be a great way to kick off the month of June.  For tickets go to Cincyticket.com. I know that was mad corny but I have a jones for these Patta X Asics Gel Saga II! The colorway, the accented piece of pony hair and the laces give me fever! These are definitely going to be on my cop list. Word on the internetz is that they may drop this month or sometime next year. So if your feeling these like I am, be on the look out.

Nice Kicks x Asics Gel Lyte III out at DavidZ

Less than 12 hours til tip-off! Tomorrow, Thursday, October 1, at 10:00 AM EST, the Nice Kicks x Asics Gel Lyte III will become available exclusively at DavidZ.com. The shoe features a nubuck toe cap, perforated pig skin toe box and side panels. Patent leather stripes lay over 3M reflective material, and the whole shoe is finished off with ballistic mesh on the tongue and ankle collar. They look great! Don't know the smallest size... $105.

Asics Gel-Lyte IIIs out in February

Here are some nice upcoming colorways from Asics. The Gel Lyte III silhouette is so crisp and comfy, it makes almost any colorway look good. These are available at Foot Locker in February. UPDATE: Unfortunately, the smallest size is a men's 9! What's up with that? Is Asics back in the last century or something?

What sneakers should come out in smaller sizes?

Looking for the latest Tier Zeros? What about the sweet adidas or NBs pictured in the next posts? Some of us just need to be in the right place at the right time with the right cash. (Not that that's so easy these days...)

BUT OTHERS HAVE NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER! Thousands of girls are totally ignored by the sneaker industry based on the size of their feet. They're the ones sleeping out to get Jordan Packs or special releases, only to find out they might as well resell them cuz they're 3 sizes too big. Or they're making the most of it, getting good deals on kid size kicks, but also knowing there are many that they'll never get.

So we gotta get sneaker companies to understand, to believe, to recognize. What can we do? Click HERE to go to the FSF petition for exclusive kicks to come out in smaller sizes. Sign the petition, and in the comments tell us how you feel, and exactly what sneaker you wish would come out in what size. We promise to pass this information on to all the major sneaker companies. We already have thousands of signatures, but let's go for 8,000 in 08. Show 'em we mean it! Spread the word! I think they're starting to hear us...
