ADIDAS ORIGINALS x JEREMY SCOTT HOLIDAY BEARS

With the holiday season fast approaching, Jeremy Scott and Adidas Originals will be releasing a Holiday Bears pack.  Seemingly inspired by Christmas, the pack features gold and silver colorways with an upper reminiscent of  tinsel and a glittered sole.

The pack drops Friday, November 15th, at Adidas Originals retail stores and ADIDAS.COM

Adidas x Zapateca.com

Few months ago, Adidas Originals Spain chose a few websites and professionals soccer players to create their own Adidas Art Toy. Zapateca.com was one the websites who had the privilege of having his own toy. Zapateca took inspiration from the Run DMC look, using black and red colorway.

The Art Toy are vinyl figures that urban artists customized to make them objects of worship. A creative power with similarities with Adidas brand values: authenticity, creativity and individuality. Instead of using one of the art toy sold in the market, has created an art toy specifically for this promotion, the adidas Originals art toy, unique and original.

This action was complete with an event in which the urban artist Zeta who customized the Art Toys gave them to the websites owners, like us, Zapateca.com, a website running for a true female sneakerhead!

Size? + adidas Originals = Happiness

Having tons of work to do, I happily got sidetracked for a while on the Size? website, looking at their lovely collection of adidas original "trainers". (Do I sound British?) Here are just a few that caught my eye... (Warning, most do not come smaller than a UK6.)

adidas Originals present: The Funflyer

Back in the 80's girls!! That´s what Adidas should think when they started with this designed. The Adidas Funflyer are totally in the early basketball times with the sole and the high top silhouette, but the colorway and pattern, are 2010. Leopard prints are used in gray tones on the synthetic leather and on dark tinted translucent material layered over it.

Sorry guys, just ladies sizes.

Adidas Originals x Fafi

The french designer-artist Fafi collaborates again with Adidas to release this great ZX 7020 W retro running, into the new Adidas Originals collection.

This kicks use similar colorway as the Ectasy Hi like purple or green. Also you can find a cool desing on various parts of the shoe’s upper. The shoes are accompanied by a special Black tote bag.

This kicks are available in women size, from 5 to 8,5 in shops like sneakersnstuff.

adidas Originals x Fafi LE "Ecstacy Hi Fafi "

adidas Originals is thinking about the ladies and bringing us an awesome sneaker design by French artist Fafi, who actually designed for the brand in the past. Now she uses this Ecstasy Hi as her palette for glam multicolored sequins mixed with metallic lavender and shiny baby blue and water blue leather, with silver logo on the ankle.

These kicks are Limited Edition, and are now for pre-order online at colette.

adidas Originals A.039

adidas Originals, while having to cut back on their retail stores nationwide (RIP--adidas Originals Cambridge), are focusing on some sweet product worldwide. I love these! These are part of a new set called A.039, named after the inhouse color code for the iconic adidas royal blue. A.039 will include sneakers and clothing, and will debut this spring/summer.

Adidas Originals "JS Wings"

The eccentric Jeremy Scott and adidas Originals by Originals just released these two kicks. These adidas rock the usual JS wings style and also have nice details like the "grillz" in both kicks with his name, Jeremy, and two matching laces.

About the colorway, they rock psychedelic multi-colored in one of them and white/gold for the other, so you can choose one according to your mood.
