Converse Chucks have long been beaten on by skaters, but now the brand is stepping into the huge skate shoe business with some kicks that turn your head whether you're a skater or poser (or sneaker connoisseur!) They haven't gone over the top in terms of padding, but seem to have found a nice middle ground that nails comfort, function and good looks. The shoe above (which would look great on a small foot!) is the Converse Skate Ox, available at HUF.

These beauts are the Chuck Taylor Skate, aka CTS. Love the yellow pop.

In the late 80s Converse made a short lived foray into Skate/BMX with a line called "Con-Rads". They didn't take too well & were kind of ug- but a collector would flip over them- very rare!
